The Firm

Principal-led by design.

The judgement under mandate is a principal's, not a committee's. We would rather state that plainly than imply otherwise.

David Zavoianu

Founder & Principal

Five years advising private companies on raising, and introducing developers to the partners who make their schemes work. Several companies advised under those mandates have since been acquired; others remain live.

The work turns less on capital than on judgement: which of two apparently similar partners will still be constructive when a project slips, and why the profitability conversation a board wants to have is rarely the one it needs.

How the firm is built

A principal, a bench, and better tooling than our size suggests.

01

Principal-led

Every mandate is run by the principal from first conversation to introduction. There is no handover after the pitch.

02

A convened bench

Legal, tax, planning and technical specialists are engaged for the mandate that requires them and are not carried as overhead the rest of the year. You fund the expertise your situation calls for, and nobody else's.

03

Machine-assisted diligence

AI systems carry the research, document review and background work. A firm of this size covers ground that until recently required a far larger one, and more of the principal's time goes to the part that cannot be automated.
