We collect your name, the company or family office you gave, your email address, anyone who recommended us, and what you wrote. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Our legal basis is legitimate interests — replying to someone who asked us to.
To see figures from completed projects you have to declare which type of investor you are and ask for access, which is granted personally. We record the option you chose, the name you signed, your email address, the date you signed, the date it expires, whether and when access was granted, the exact wording you agreed to, your IP address, your browser details, and the time our server received it. Your email address is used to tell you about your request and to recognise you when you come back.
Our legal basis is legal obligation and legitimate interests. Under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005 we may only show certain information to certain types of investor, and we must be able to show on what basis we did so. We cannot release those figures without keeping this record — which is why the declaration cannot be skipped.
The company that hosts this website keeps standard technical records of visits, including IP addresses. We do not use these for analytics or profiling.
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Nothing is stored in your browser between visits. Your access does not persist — if you come back, you enter your email again.
We use the companies below. Each is named so you know exactly where your information goes.
Hosts this website and runs the access system. Handles technical information about your visit, including your IP address. Based in the United States, with servers worldwide. Their privacy policy.
Receives and stores messages sent through our contact form and forwards them to us by email. Handles everything you type into that form. Based in the United States. Their privacy policy.
Stores the access declarations in a database held in the United Kingdom or European Union. Handles the information listed above. Their privacy policy.
Provides the typefaces used on this site. When a page loads, your browser asks Google's servers for the font files, which tells Google your IP address. We cannot control that beyond choosing to use the service. Their privacy policy.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the companies named above unless the law requires it.
Vercel and Formspree are United States companies and may handle your information outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, it is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent protections in those companies' terms.
Messages. Kept while there is an active or possible relationship, and for up to two years after we last hear from you.
Access declarations. Kept for six years from the date you signed. That is roughly how long a claim could be brought, and the record is our evidence of why we were allowed to show you the information.
Server records. Kept for as long as our hosting company normally keeps them.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, ask us to delete it, ask us to limit how we use it, object to us using it on the basis of legitimate interests, and ask for your information in a portable format.
One limit worth stating plainly: we may refuse to delete an access declaration where we still need it to bring or defend a legal claim, or to show we followed the rules. If that applies to your request we will tell you, and explain why.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you raised it with us first.
